Job Description

The Cash Vault Production Coordinator I is primarily responsible for supervising and directing the workflow and personnel with the Cash Vault. Assumes responsibilities of the Cash Operations Manager in his/her absence such as ensuring compliance with all control policies and daily business; ensures all jobs have been completed and combinations and locks are secure.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • You will perform various teller functions as required and provide required relief during vacations and absences; provides general guidance and assist tellers with routine problems.
  • You will contact customers regarding an outage in their deposits; Contact Treasury Management account officers and CCSR's regarding new business, customer corrections, and access to Change Order IVR: Contract customers regarding generation and shipment of customer IVR access information; Contact equipment vendors and Armored Car Management for workflow resolutions; Work directly with BOKF Security on customer investigations.
  • You will be responsible for the Security Administration of the Automated Cash Vault System used in the vault. You will be setting up Customers on the system; Administration of Customer access to Change Order IVR, including generation and shipping of Customer access codes; Administration of Teller system access and passwords; Responsible for overseeing Change order processing and pulling from the system; Responsible for overseeing Teller Cash Carryover process. You will have extensive contact with the system vendor and database administrator.
  • You will be performing various duties as requested by the supervisor/manager - Control cash levels of the Cash Handling area and ensures levels are within specified guidelines; determines coin/currency from the Federal Reserve; takes inventory of coin/currency on hand; determines coin/currency need for the following week; verifies coin/currency deposit shipment going to Federal Reserve in OKC by bag counts, signs shipments; Verify customer account number and approve debits/credits including general ledger entries for coin/currency orders and deposit outages; Set vault clicks daily; log the time in the cash vault logbook; verifies with lead/supervisor that clocks have been set correctly; opens and closes vault under dual control each day; Assist with Virtual Vault transactions and balances.
  • You will prepare and review account analysis monthly manual information; transfer customer service fees to account analysis log sheets; inputs information online for each code; total monthly volume and compares to report.
Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a High School and a minimum of 1-4 years of experience as a Universal Vault Specialist II OR a minimum of 3 years of cash vault experience operating cash processing equipment in a large financial institution.
