Primary Purpose:

The Treasury Management Product Manager will lead and/or perform all tasks necessary to support all products and services within the Treasury Management product portfolio, including assisting with the development of new products and services as needed. The Treasury Management Senior Product Manager will lead, direct and participate as necessary with the Treasury Management Product Managers or Specialists in the execution of new/management of products and services, in addition to providing expertise on product and service functionality to other Treasury Management personnel as necessary. This position will take ownership of complex system tasks and processes, as necessary, including vendor issue management, testing and implementation of new product releases and data conversions

  • Leads upgrades/enhancements of all TM products and services
  • Ensure best-in-class delivery to customers
  • Works closely with the TM Product Director to continually meet initiatives on the Product roadmap
  • Conducts/solicits industry competitive research, vendor management, testing, key performance indicators of products and services and implementation of new product releases and data conversions
  • Provides leadership and direction to Product Managers/Specialists responsible for the comprehensive set of TM products in terms of product capabilities, pricing, billing, audits and service quality
  • Responsible for providing product feature/function and selling support to the Treasury Management Sales Representatives, other Treasury Management personnel, Bank management and Operations personnel
  • Leads upgrades of existing Treasury Management products and the implementation of new Treasury Management products
  • Provides continual competitive knowledge of Treasury Management products through client counsels, participation in industry events and review of industry developments
  • Supports the TM Product Director on Bank-wide projects that are relevant to the Treasury Management Product group
  • Provides Treasury Management input and engages Treasury Management resources to participate in the project effort
  • Ensures Training on all applicable TM conversion efforts for new Bank acquisitions
  • Supports the TM Product Director in any TM related due diligence and/or strategy activities as needed
  • Assists in identifying and updating short and long term strategies/roadmaps
  • Product Management notification to vendor contacts to report system outages
  • Writing and publishing communications as needed
  • Creation, publishing and maintenance of Product Agreements, User and Quick Reference Guides
  • Development / implementation plans to seamlessly integrate new customers resulting from bank mergers into the appropriate Treasury Management products and services
  • Knowledge of cash management functions within client organizations - including payables and receivables functions
  • In depth knowledge of industry/competitor offerings
  • Partners with the technology teams on the testing and implementation of new software releases, authoring new test scripts when appropriate, documenting and reporting test results, and helping schedule implementation of approved releases along with notification to all interested and affected parties
  • Participates in the delivery of all product related initiatives across the business, including release updates, installs and new innovations, products, etc
  • Leverage data and analytics to derive insights into profitability, retention, penetration and customer experience
  • Partners with Vendors in remediation plans for online Issues, ensuring fixes are implemented
  • Provide escalation direction and support to external and internal customers when line of business partners need to escalate issues for assistance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 5-7 years of experience in Treasury Management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to be proactive, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Occasional travel
