Estimated annual base pay: $99,600.00 (minimum) - $124,500.00 (midpoint) - $149,400.00 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're an Engineering Supervisor, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Woodward is looking to hire an experience Engineering Supervisor for our Rock Cut Campus in Loves Park, IL.
What You Will Be Doing
Supervising, coaching and mentoring members in the New Product Introduction Lab and programming roles in our Advanced Manufacturing Department
Collaborating with Operations Supervisors in existing product lines to ensure availability of machines and equipment on the shop floor to run NPI parts
Running and administering Daily Management System morning meets to update and delegate current work orders and priorities
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's of Arts/Sciences in a technical discipline is required
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related engineering field
In lieu of a 4-year degree, a minimum of 6 years of experience in a professional engineering role is required
Previous experience in a leadership role in an engineering environment
