Perform daily functions for processing proof items from all Cadence Bank processing centers. This position is on-site.
How You will Make an Impact:
Receives proof work from couriers, preps each item and tapes, places batch header with each batch to be processed by the sorter operators
Keys all appropriate information on documents in the imaging platform
Balance all transactions and proof batches
Know how to process and encode items needing special handling on the proof machine
Balance branch capture sites
Perform Duplicate Detection, Free Item Checker on accounts and large dollar verification reports
Check 0's, 7's, 9's, and ALS reports
Perform sorter operation duties as needed
Perform backup duties for Imaging Supervisor as needed
Perform end-of-night closing or backup end-of-night closing
