What You'll Do:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation and ongoing management of Oracle CX solutions
  • Provide strategic direction and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the project and ongoing platform management
  • Build and lead a cross-functional project team
  • Foster collaboration and effective communication among team members
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and ongoing enhancement for Oracle CX solutions
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and scalability of the proposed solutions
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle CX applications
  • Ensure that the implementation meets quality standards and follows best practices
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate the functionality and performance of Oracle CX solutions
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of the delivered solution
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations
  • Work closely with the Change Management and Training teams to develop training materials, conduct training sessions for end-users, provide post-implementation support, and address any issues or enhancements
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and documentation of configuration and customization.
  • Minimum 30% travel

Qualifications

Skills You'll Need:

Education and Experience: BS / BA degree in Business or similar or an equivalent combination of training or 5+ years' experience in managing software implementations, preferably in Oracle CX, from a technical and project management aspect

Performance Analysis: Establish KPIs to measure and track the success of product innovation sales. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies

Interpersonal Skills. Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work closely with executives and hourly employees alike, and ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and executive presence

Strategic mindset: Sees ahead to future possibilities and translates them into breakthrough strategies.

Travel: Minimum 30% travel
