Team Tech II Job Purpose: Maintains production, quantity and quality by ensuring that products are produced, offloaded, inspected, and prepared for the next step in the manufacturing process.

Skills/Qualifications:

Required:

  • Punctual
  • Able to listen and take directions
  • Able to read at the 12th grade level and understand what is read
  • Excellent attendance
  • Good eye/hand coordination
  • Close attention to detail
  • Able to work in a sterile environment
  • Able to read a ruler in 1/64th increments
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work alone or with others
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (not daily)
  • 20/20 vision (natural or corrected)
  • Able to climb ladders

Desired:

  • Basic Mathematics (Addition, subtraction, multiplication, fractions, and conversions)
  • Mechanical Aptitude
  • Neat legible hand writing
