The Professional Services team serves a key role as the face of ibml to the customer, leading from the pre-sale engagement through go-live. You will play a key role on the project and will be part of a great team of industry professionals helping our customers successfully navigate the process of integrating world-class intelligent capture solutions into new or existing customer environments.

Position Summary

The primary role of the Implementation Associate to assist the Professional Services team in developing and deploying IBML hardware and software solutions.

What You Get to Do

  • Assists Implementation Specialists with ImageTrac configuration, testing, and installation
  • Obtains thorough knowledge of all ImageTrac hardware and Software functionality
  • Creates, publishes and maintains accurate project plan for projects of a less complex nature
  • Provides effective, timely and competent implementation assistance to customers as well as IBML and third party hardware and software support personnel
  • Assists in the development and maintenance of accurate and complete hardware and software documentation
  • Provides input and feedback to Product Engineering and Software Development on desirable product modifications and enhancements
  • Works with Product Management and Software Development as requested to assist in the development and testing of new products and current product enhancements
  • Insures proper management and control of all company assets (tools, documentation, software, intellectual property, etc.)
  • Strives to insure that the highest possible level of customer satisfaction is maintained at all times
  • Meets all schedule deadlines.
  • Must be able to travel both domestic and international
  • Other duties and tasks assigned by Manager of Professional Services

What's Required

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in business, computer sciences, management information systems
  • Excellent communication skills with all levels of personnel both internally and with our customers, orally and written.
  • Skills in any foreign languages is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL
  • Knowledge of LAN technologies.
  • The ability to gather business requirements from customers.
  • The ability to train operators on IBML scanning platforms

Additional Notes

The candidate will learn how to gather and document end user specifications, create and test jobs with IBML hardware and software products, perform Factory Acceptance Tests, deliver solutions to end user site, conduct necessary end user training and acquire end user acceptance. The candidate will be assigned implementation projects of a less complex nature. The candidate must be willing to travel up to 75% both domestically and internationally to implement IBML solutions.
